Insane president of Pakistan

Retired Genral Musharaaf is an insane kind of person. Since he came to power his decisions and actions are objectionable. He came to power through illegal way. Now in his latest statement he termed the retired Genrals as bad peoples. I would like to tell Musharaaf, these were the peoples who were patriot to the country. I can even write the qualities of retire generals one by one. Retired General Aslam Beg was a man who got the medal of democracy. During his time he tried his best to keep the Army out of politics but Musharaf jump into the political arena while he was wearing the uniform. Now come to Retired Air Marshal Asghar Khan, i dont have words to describe his patriotism towards the country. He is Mr clean through out his life. His contribution towards the country never be forgotten. Same like above our retired army officers are the asset of the country. President Musharaf statement in Europe is totally unbiased and he should apologise to the concern peoples to whom he insulted.

The demand of ex officers association is right. They are demanding Musharaf to step down and stop damaging the istitutions of the country immediately. All the ex army officers who are demanding that are his seniors. He used to salute them but now he is insulting them which showed that he is a disobedient kind of person. our sympathies and love is with our national heroes. Retired army officers are our legends. We love them. The president remarks towards our legends makes feel like Pakistan president is insane. There should be medical enquiry on him whether he is mentally fit or not to run the state affairs.

President Musharaf lifted emergency in Pakistan

Today December 15, 2007 Musharaf the president of Pakistan Musharaf lifted the emergency in the country. The emergency was imposed for 41 days. The main objective of emergency was to save the president position and corner the top judges of Pakistan supreme court.

The judges which are performing their duties are working after taking oath under PCO. Now the judges will take again new oath under the constitution because by lifting the emergency in the country the constitution will prevail. During the emergency rule the President did amendments in the constitution which few political parties refuse to accept. The amendments were totally on personal benefit of Musharaf.

Today president Musharraf will address the nation and try to convince the peoples on his illogical actions imposed on the country.

Pakistan polls before 9 January 2008

Musharaf has announced that Pakistan will observe poll before January 9 2008. Is it true? It is diificult to answer about the polls promise because Musharaf always failed to keep his promises. The reason given by him of deviating from his promises is due the best national interest.

I wrote before about one man ruling in Muslim states. Muslim country leaders from Pakistan to Libya think they are the best options for their respective country but their thinking is totally wrong. The leaders like Musharaf, Qaddafi and many more who already died never gave up their positions due to premiership lust and greediness.

They always make false promises to keep the nation in dark and carry on their undemocratic decisions on peoples. They never think about the future. The decisions which took place in past much affect future but at that time those leaders already dead. One of a big example is late General Ziaul Haq. Due to his wrong decisions and false claims the entire nation is suffering today. He put Pakistan miles away from democracy.

In Pakistan one dictator came and rule the country for 11 years by saying that he is going to make this state a pure Islamic state.  The other dictator comes with ambitions of modernization. At the end the country is in a state of emergency.

Allama Iqbal the poet of the east said that the fortune of the nation cannot be changed if the people of that nation is not interested  in progressing. It is true and here the dictators never allow peoples to participate in nation  building. They only interested in taking advises from the peoples who are only the best wisher of the leaders but not the entire nation.

Musharaf criticises himself

I was reading bbc news section of Urdu and find a very good news comment posting of one writer. He termed the Musharaf speech after imposing emergency as his own critical. I think he is true. The way he was delivering the words were quite immature. The logics given were totally childish as he was running a small cooperative society.

If one fail in governing the state affairs should not simply accuse others of his failure. He was the president of Pakistan when all things happened which he consider were the evils to put the country in emergency. Those evils were created and nourished by his government. The peoples of Pakistan gave him a very pretty time and support to curb the social evils from the society but the Musharaf led Govt was totally unable to move an inch towards the stability.

He still have an oppurtunity to abolish the emergency and keep his promise of conducting an election. It will be in the best interest of the country if he move towards democratic procedure immediately.

WHEREAS there has also been a spate of attacks on State infrastructure and on law enforcement agencies;
WHEREAS some members of the judiciary are working at cross purposes with the executive and legislature in the fight against terrorism and extremism thereby weakening the Government and the nation’s resolve and diluting the efficacy of its actions to control this menace;
WHEREAS there has been increasing interference by some members of the judiciary in government policy, adversely affecting economic growth in particular;
WHEREAS constant interference in executive functions, including but not limited to the control of terrorist activity, economic policy, price controls, downsizing of corporations and urban planning, has weakened the writ of the government; the police force has been completely demoralized and is fast losing its efficacy to fight terrorism and Intelligence Agencies have been thwarted in their activities and prevented from pursuing terrorists;

WHEREAS the law and order situation in the country as well as the economy have been adversely affected and trichotomy of powers eroded;
WHEREAS a situation has thus arisen where the Government of the country cannot be carried on in accordance with the Constitution and as the Constitution provides no solution for this situation, there is no way out except through emergent and extraordinary measures;
