Pakistan armed force has entered the supreme court building and ask the chief justice of Pakistan to leave the building as he has been suspended by the President of Pakistan while 8 member judiciary judge has suspended the emergency order of the government.

The army has asked the judges to vacate the building too. The situation is totally unclear about the judiciary. Due to the suspension of constitution a new PCO has been issued.

Pakistan president Musharaf has declared the emergency in Pakistan. The transmission of private channels in Pakistan has been suspended and strict security measures has been taken. New PCO has been issued and the 1973 constitution is suspended along with the chief justice of Pakistan.

According to a source the supreme court has suspended the emergency orders and 15 members bench of supreme court judges is inside the supreme court building.

According to latest reports chief justice of Pakistan has been suspended and the army has entered the supreme court building. Chief justice Iftkhar Chaudhry has been asked to move out from the building as he is no longer chief justice.

The emergency was imposed after a high level meeting in Islamabad which was attended by top military officials and govt officials, the meeting was chaired by General Pervez Musharaf.

Now the situation is clear and whole country is under emergency. Rangers and police has been deployed at embassies and foreign commission buildings in the country. One thousand police men have demanded by the federal govt in order to take more security measures.

The clouds of emergency are hovering over Pakistan. The situation is moving swiftly towards an urgent actions by the govt of pakistan. It all depends on supreme court verdict.

There are lot cases pending on the table of supreme court and all the cases are of high importance for the govt of paksitan. If any of the case is against the Musharaf establishment then he dont have choice other than imposing emergency in the state.

even the locals dont like but it will be a necessity of the time. The country will again go back to the state of uncertainties. The confidence will go down internally and externally.

I think the sitauation should be solve through consensus move. There is a tug of war and this tug have a lot of sides, every body is pulling it to achieve their goals but the chances of winning any party is less rather it will break. The breakage of rope may leads to a civil war condition.

We have to accept the bitter reality, every one in that tug of war remained no stone unturned to create this situation. The democracy cannot be achieve through tussles and blood shed rather the best thing is table talk. There is a need of national consensus. all the important figures should sit together and find the solution of best interest of the country.

If they fail to find a good solution then the country really have to pay a high price.
