Allah Said Which were Sent Down Before You – Al Baqarah

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Al Baqarah Alif-L?m-M?m. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings. This is the Book (the Quran), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaq?n [the pious and righteous persons who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)].

Who believe in the Ghaib and perform As-Salat (Iq?mat-as-Sal?t), and spend out of what we have provided for them [i.e. give Zakat , spend on themselves, their parents, their children, their wives, etc., and also give charity to the poor and also in Allah's Cause - Jihad, etc.]. and who believe in (the Quran and the Sunnah) which has been sent down (revealed) to you (Muhammad Peace be upon him ) and in [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), etc.] which were sent down before you and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter.

(Resurrection, recompense of their good and bad deeds, Paradise and Hell, etc.). They are on (true) guidance from their Lord, and they are the successful. Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe. Allah has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearings, (i.e. they are closed from accepting Allah’s Guidance), and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be a great torment. and of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: We believe in Allah and the Last Day while in fact they believe not. They (think to) deceive Allah and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not! In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and All?h has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. and when it is said to them: Make not mischief on the earth they say: “We are only peacemakers. Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not. and when it is said to them (hypocrites). Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad Peace be upon him , Al-Ansar and Al-Muhajiran) have believed,” they say: “Shall we believe as the fools have believed?” Verily, they are the fools, but they know not. and when they meet those who believe, they say: “We believe,” but when they are alone with their Shayatin (devils - polytheists, hypocrites, etc.), they say: “Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking.  Allah mocks at them and gives them increase in their wrong-doings to wander blindly. These are they who have purchased error for guidance, so their commerce was profitless. And they were not guided.

Allah Said Do People Think that They will be Left Alone – Al Ankabut

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Book, Quran, Al Ankabut Alif?L?m?M?m. These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings. Do people think that they will be left alone because they say:  We believe and will not be tested. and We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allah will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allah knows all that before putting them to test). or those who do evil deeds think that they can outstrip Us (i.e. escape Our Punishment)?

Evil is that which they judge! Whoever hopes for the Meeting with Allah, then Allah’s Term is surely coming. and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. and whosoever strives, he strives only for himself. Verily, Allah is free of all wants from the ‘Alaman (mankind, jinns, and all that exists). Those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah (Monotheism) and in Messenger Muhammad, and do not apostate because of the harm they receive from the polytheists], and do righteous good deeds, surely, We shall remit from them their evil deeds and shall reward them according to the best of that which they used to do. and We have enjoined on man to be good and dutiful to his parents, but if they strive to make you join with Me (in worship) anything (as a partner) of which you have no knowledge, then obey them not. Unto Me is your return, and I shall tell you what you used to do. and for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah and other items of Faith) and do righteous good deeds, surely, We shall make them enter in (the enterance of) the righteous (i.e. in Paradise). of mankind are some who say: We believe in Allah,” but if they are made to suffer for the sake of Allah, they consider the trial of mankind as Allah’s punishment, and if victory comes from your Lord, (the hypocrites) will say: “Verily! We were with you (helping you).

Is not Allah Best Aware of what is in the breast of the ‘Alaman (mankind and jinns). Verily, Allah knows those who believe, and verily, He knows the hypocrites [i.e. Allah will test the people with good and hard days to discriminate the good from the wicked (although Allah knows all that before putting them to test. and those who disbelieve say to those who believe follow our way and we will verily bear your sins never will they bear anything of their sins. Surely, they are liars. and verily, they shall bear their own loads, and other loads besides their own, and verily, they shall be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about that which they used to fabricate. and indeed We sent Nah (Noah) to his people, and he stayed among them a thousand years less fifty years [inviting them to believe in the Oneness of Allah (Monotheism), and discard the false gods and other deities], and the Deluge overtook them while they were Zaliman (wrong-doers, polytheists, disbelievers, etc. Then We saved him and those with him in the ship, and made it (the ship) as an Ayah (a lesson, a warning, etc.) for the ‘Alaman (mankind, jinns and all that exists). and (remember) Ibrahim (Abraham) when he said to his people: “Worship Allah (Alone), and fear Him, that is better for you if you did but know. you worship besides Allah only idols, and you only invent falsehood. Verily, those whom you worship besides Allah have no power to give you provision, so seek your provision from Allah (Alone), and worship Him (Alone), and be grateful to Him. To Him (Alone) you will be brought back.

Allah Said He is the All Mighty - Al Hadid

Indopak talk

, , , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Mighty, Al HadidWhatsoever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allah, and He is the All-Mighty, All-Wise. His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, It is He Who gives life and causes death; and He is Able to do all things.

He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near (nothing is nearer than Him). And He is the All-Knower of every thing. He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then Istaw? (rose over) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). He knows what goes into the earth and what comes forth from it, what descends from the heaven and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do. His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And to Allah return all the matters (for decision). He merges night into day (i.e. the decrease in the hours of the night is added into the hours of the day), and merges day into night (i.e. the decrease in the hours of the day is added into the hours of the night), and He has full knowledge of whatsoever is in the breasts. Believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), and spend of that whereof He has made you trustees. And such of you as believe and spend (in Allah’s Way), theirs will be a great reward. and what is the matter with you that you believe not in Allah! While the Messenger (Muhammad) invites you to believe in your Lord (Allah), and He (Allah) has indeed taken your covenant, if you are real believers. It is He Who sends down manifest Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons,  signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad) that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And verily, Allah is to you full of kindness, Most Merciful. and what is the matter with you that you spend not in the Cause of Allah? And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. Not equal among you are those who spent and fought before the conquering (of Makkah) (with those among you who did so later). Such are higher in degree than those who spent and fought afterwards. But to all, Allah has promised the best (reward). And Allah is All-Aware of what you do.  Who is he that will lend to Allah a goodly loan, then (Allah) will increase it manifold to his credit (in repaying), and he will have (besides) a good reward (i.e. Paradise).

On the Day you shall see the believing men and the believing women their light running forward before them and by their right hands. Glad tidings for you this Day! Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell therein forever! Truly, this is the great success! On the Day when the hypocrites men and women will say to the believers: “Wait for us! Let us get something from your light!” It will be said: “Go back to your rear! Then seek a light!” So a wall will be put up between them, with a gate therein. Inside it will be mercy, and outside it will be torment. The hypocrites will call the believers: Were we not with you?” The believers will reply: “Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allah came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allah so this Day no ransom shall be taken from you (hypocrites), nor of those who disbelieved, (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). Your abode is the Fire, that is the proper place for you, and worst indeed is that destination.

Allah Said The Hour has Drawn Near – Al Qamar

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Al Qamar The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muhammad to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon) and if they see a sign, they turn away, and say: “This is continuous magic. They belied (the Verses of Allah, this Quran), and followed their own lusts.

And every matter will be settled [according to the kind of deeds (for the doer of good deeds, his deeds will take him to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell)]. and indeed there has come to them news (in this Quran) wherein there is (enough warning) to check (them from evil), Perfect wisdom (this Quran), but (the preaching of) warners benefit them not, So (O Muhammad) withdraw from them. The Day that the caller will call (them) to a terrible thing. They will come forth, with humbled eyes from (their) graves as if they were locusts spread abroad, Hastening towards the caller, the disbelievers will say: “This is a hard Day. The people of N?h (Noah) denied (their Messenger) before them, they rejected Our slave, and said: “A madman!” and he was insolently rebuked and threatened. Then he invoked his Lord (saying): “I have been overcome, so help (me)! So We opened the gates of heaven with water pouring forth. and We caused the earth to gush forth with springs. So the waters (of the heaven and the earth) met for a matter predestined. and We carried him on a (ship) made of planks and nails, Floating under Our Eyes, a reward for him who had been rejected! and indeed, We have left this as a sign, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition) Then how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? and We have indeed made the Quran easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? Ad (people) belied (their Prophet, H?d), then how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? Verily, We sent against them a furious wind of harsh voice on a day of evil omen and continuous calamity.  Plucking out men as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms. Then, how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? and We have indeed made the Quran easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)?  Thamad (people also) belied the warnings. for they said: “A man! Alone from among us, that we are to follow? Truly, then we should be in error and distress or madness!”

Allah Said We Fear from our Lord a Day Hard & Distressful -Al Insan

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Al InsanHas there not been over man a period of time, when he was nothing to be mentioned? Verily, We have created man from Nutfah drops of mixed semen (discharge of man and woman), in order to try him, so We made him hearer, seer. Verily, We showed him the way, whether he be grateful or ungrateful. Verily, We have prepared for the disbelievers iron chains, iron collars, and a blazing Fire. Verily, the Abrar (pious, who fear Allah and avoid evil), shall drink a cup (of wine) mixed with water from a spring in Paradise called Kafar.

A spring wherefrom the slaves of Allah will drink, causing it to gush forth abundantly. They (are those who) fulfill (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil will be wide-spreading. and they give food, inspite of their love for it (or for the love of Him), to Miskin (poor), the orphan, and the captive, (Saying): “We feed you seeking All?h’s Countenance only. We wish for no reward, nor thanks from you. Verily, We fear from our Lord a Day, hard and distressful, that will make the faces look horrible (from extreme dislikeness to it). So Allah saved them from the evil of that Day, and gave them Nadratan (a light of beauty) and joy. and their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, because they were patient. Reclining therein on raised thrones, they will see there neither the excessive heat of the sun, nor the excessive bitter cold, (as in Paradise there is no sun and no moon). and the shade thereof is close upon them, and the bunches of fruit thereof will hang low within their reach. and amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and cups of crystal.

Allah Said By the Star when it goes Down - An-Najm

Indopak talk

, , , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Star, An-Najm By the star when it goes down, (or vanishes). Your companion (Muhammad) has neither gone astray nor has erred. Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. It is only an Inspiration that is inspired. He has been taught (this Quran) by one mighty in power [Jibrael (Gabriel)]. Dhu Mirrah (free from any defect in body and mind), Fastawa [then he (Jibrael ? Gabriel) rose and became stable]. [Tafsir At-Tabar?]. While he [Jibrael (Gabriel)] was in the highest part of the horizon,

Then he [Jibrael (Gabriel)] approached and came closer, and was at a distance of two bows’ length or (even) nearer, So did (Allah) convey the Inspiration to His slave  [Muhammad through Jibrael (Gabriel)]. The (Prophet’s) heart lied not (in seeing) what he (Muhammad) saw. Will you then dispute with him (Muhammad) about what he saw [during the Mi'r?j: Ascent of the Prophet over the seven heavens. and indeed he (Muhammad) saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] at a second descent (i.e. another time). Near Sidrat-ul-Muntaha [lote-tree of the utmost boundary (beyond which none can pass. Near it is the Paradise of Abode. When that covered the lote-tree which did cover it.

Allah Said Keep your Duty to Allah - Al Ahzab

Indopak talk

, , ,

Quran, Book, Allah, Al AhzabO Prophet (Muhammad)! Keep your duty to Allah, and obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites (i.e., do not follow their advices). Verily! Allah is Ever AllaKnower, AllaWise. and follow that which is inspired in you from your Lord. Verily, Allah is Well?Acquainted with what you do. and put your trust in Allah, and Sufficient is Allah as a Wak?l (Trustee, or Disposer of affairs). Allah has not put for any man two hearts inside his body. Neither has He made your wives whom you declare to be like your mothers’ backs, your real mothers. [Az?Zih?r is the saying of a husband to his wife, "You are to me like the back of my mother" i.e. You are unlawful for me to approach.], nor has He made your adopted sons your real sons.

That is but your saying with your mouths. But Allah says the truth, and He guides to the (Right) Way. Call them (adopted sons) by (the names of) their fathers, that is more just with Allah. But if you know not their father’s (names, call them) your brothers in faith and Maw?l?kum (your freed slaves). And there is no sin on you if you make a mistake therein, except in regard to what your hearts deliberately intend. And Allah is Ever Oft?Forgiving, Most Merciful. The Prophet is closer to the believers than their ownselves, and his wives are their (believers’) mothers (as regards respect and marriage). And blood relations among each other have closer personal ties in the Decree of Allah (regarding inheritance) than (the brotherhood of) the believers and the Muhajir?n (emigrants from Makkah, etc.), except that you do kindness to those brothers (when the Prophet joined them in brotherhood ties). This has been written in the (All?h’s Book of Divine) Decrees (Al?Lauh Al?Mahf?z). and (remember) when We took from the Prophets their covenant, and from you (O Muhammad), and from N?h (Noah), Ibr?him (Abraham), M?sa (Moses), and ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). We took from them a strong covenant. That He may ask the truthfuls (All?h’s Messengers and His Prophets) about their truth (i.e. the conveyance of Allah’s Message that which they were charged with). And He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful torment (Hell-fire). O you who believe! Remember Allah’s Favour to you, when there came against you hosts, and We sent against them a wind and forces that you saw not [i.e. troops of angels during the battle of Al?Ahz?b (the Confederates)]. And Allah is Ever All?Seer of what you do. When they came upon you from above you and from below you, and when the eyes grew wild and the hearts reached to the throats, and you were harbouring doubts about Allah. There, the believers were tried and shaken with a mighty shaking. and when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubts) said: Allah and His Messenger  promised us nothing but delusions! and when a party of them said: “O people of Yathrib (Al?Madinah)! There is no stand (possible) for you (against the enemy attack!) Therefore go back!” And a band of them ask for permission of the Prophet (Muhammad) saying: “Truly, our homes lie open (to the enemy). and they lay not open. They but wished to flee. and if the enemy had entered from all sides (of the city), and they had been exhorted to Al?Fitnah (i.e. to renegade from Islam to polytheism) they would surely have committed it and would have hesitated thereupon but little.

Allah Said That which Allah has Made Lawful to you- At Tahrim

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, At Tahrim O Prophet! Why do you ban (for yourself) that which Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Allah has already ordained for you (O men), the dissolution of your oaths. And Allah is your Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.) and He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise. and (remember) when the Prophet (Muhammad) disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives (Hafsah), so when she told it (to another i.e. ‘Aishah), and Allah made it known to him, he informed part thereof and left a part. Then when he told her (Hafsah) thereof, she said: “Who told you this?” He said.

The All-Knower, the All-Aware (Allah) has told me. If you two (wives of the Prophet Muhammad, namely ‘Aishah and Hafsah) turn in repentance to Allah, (it will be better for you), your hearts are indeed so inclined (to oppose what the Prophet Muhammad likes), but if you help one another against him (Muhammad), then verily, Allah is his Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.), and Jibrael (Gabriel), and the righteous among the believers, and furthermore, the angels are his helpers. It may be if he divorced you (all) that his Lord will give him instead of you, wives better than you, Muslims (who submit to Allah), believers, obedient to Allah, turning to Allah in repentance, worshipping Allah sincerely, fasting or emigrants (for Allah’s sake), previously married and virgins. O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do that which they are commanded. (It will be said in the Hereafter) O you who disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism)! Make no excuses this Day! You are being requited only for what you used to do. O you who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance! It may be that your Lord will remit from you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) the Day that Allah will not disgrace the Prophet (Muhammad) and those who believe with him, their Light will run forward before them and with (their Records Books of deeds) in their right hands they will say: “Our Lord! Keep perfect our Light for us [and do not put it off till we cross over the Sir?t (a slippery bridge over the Hell) safely] and grant us forgiveness. Verily, You are Able to do all things. O Prophet (Muhammad)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be severe against them, their abode will be Hell, and worst indeed is that destination. Allah sets forth an example for those who disbelieve, the wife of N?h (Noah) and the wife of Lout (Lot). They were under two of our righteous slaves, but they both betrayed their (husbands by rejecting their doctrine) so they [N?h (Noah) and Lout (Lot)] benefited them (their respective wives) not, against Allah, and it was said: “Enter the Fire along with those who enter! and Allah has set forth an example for those who believe, the wife of Fir’aun (Pharaoh), when she said: “My Lord! Build for me a home with You in Paradise, and save me from Fir’aun (Pharaoh) and his work, and save me from the people who are Z?lim?n (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers in Allah). and Maryam (Mary), the daughter of ‘Imran who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into (the sleeve of her shirt or her garment) through Our R?h [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel)], and she testified to the truth of the Words of her Lord [i.e. believed in the Words of Allah: "Be!" and he was; that is 'Iesa (Jesus) ? son of Maryam (Mary); as a Messenger of Allah], and (also believed in) His Scriptures, and she was of the Qanitan (i.e. obedient to Allah).

Allah Said We Created them of a Sticky Clay- As Saffaat

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, As Saffaat By those (angels) ranged in ranks (or rows). By those (angels) who drive the clouds in a good way. By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Quran from Allah to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kath?r]. Verily your AIlah (God) is indeed One (i.e. Allah).

Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun’s risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). and to guard against every rebellious devil. They cannot listen to the higher group (angels) for they are pelted from every side. Outcast, and theirs is a constant (or painful) torment. Except such as snatch away something by stealing and they are pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad) are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?” Verily, We created them of a sticky clay. Nay, you (O Muhammad) wondered (at their insolence) while they mock (at you and at the Quran). and when they are reminded, they pay no attention. and when they see an Ay?h (a sign, a proof, or an evidence) from Allah, they mock at it. and they say: “This is nothing but evident magic! When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we (then) verily be resurrected? and also our fathers of old? Say (O Muhammad): “Yes, and you shall then be humiliated. It will be a single Zajrah [shout (i.e. the second blowing of the Trumpet)], and behold, they will be staring! They will say: “Woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense! (It will be said): This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny. It will be said to the angels Assemble those who did wrong, together with their companions (from the devils) and what they used to worship.

Allah Said We have Sent Down the Book to you – Az Zumar

Indopak talk

, , ,

Allah, Quran, Book, Az Zumar The revelation of this Book (the Qur’an) is from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. Verily, We have sent down the Book to you (O Muhammad) in truth: So worship Allah (Alone) by doing religious deeds sincerely for Allah’s sake only, (and not to show-off, and not to set up rivals with Him in worship). Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliy?’ (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say).

We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah.” Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. Had Allah willed to take a son (or offspring or children), He could have chosen whom He pleased out of those whom He created. But glory be to Him! (He is above such things). He is Allah, the One, the Irresistible. He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. He makes the night to go in the day and makes the day to go in the night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon. Each running (on a fixed course) for an appointed term. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving. He created you (all) from a single person (Adam); then made from him his wife [Hawwa' (Eve)]. And He has sent down for you of cattle eight pairs (of the sheep, two, male and female; of the goats, two, male and female; of the oxen, two, male and female; and of the camels, two, male and female). He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation in three veils of darkness, such is Allah your Lord. His is the kingdom, L? il?ha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). How then are you turned away? If you disbelieve, then verily, Allah is not in need of you, He likes not disbelief for His slaves. And if you are grateful (by being believers), He is pleased therewith for you. No bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you what you used to do. Verily, He is the All-Knower of that which is in (men’s) breasts. and when some hurt touches man, he cries to his Lord (Allah Alone), turning to Him in repentance, but when He bestows a favour upon him from Himself, he forgets that for which he cried for before, and he sets up rivals to Allah, in order to mislead others from His Path. Say: “Take pleasure in your disbelief for a while: surely, you are (one) of the dwellers of the Fire! Is one who is obedient to Allah, prostrating himself or standing (in prayer) during the hours of the night, fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the Mercy of his Lord (like one who disbelieves)? Say: “Are those who know equal to those who know not?” It is only men of understanding who will remember (i.e. get a lesson from Allah’s Signs and Verses). Say (O Muhammad): “O My slaves who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Isl?mic Monotheism), be afraid of your Lord (Allah) and keep your duty to Him. Good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world, and Allah’s earth is spacious (so if you cannot worship Allah at a place, then go to another)! Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without reckoning.
