One of my friend was asked by his employee about the problems in the countries where the Muslims are in minority. He really had to think before he answer. At last he manage to answer with his own ideology as below.

The minorities living in Muslim countries facing very less problems from Muslim community because the Muslim community really respect the minority either they are Christians or Hindu. If i take an example of Malaysia here the government is being conducted by Muslims, they really take care of non Muslims. The temples and churches are being funded by the ministry of religious affairs. The peoples really respect each other.

The basic logic behind his ideology is that the Quran teaches us "Do not condemn the gods of others. otherwise they will condemn your God". Islam originates from the word "salam" which is an Arabic word having meaning peace. Islam always emphasize on peace. It is the duty of the Muslim ruler to protect the interest of minorities. Sofar in most of Muslim countries the rulers are obeying the order of Quran.

The employee was agree with my friends answer and in return she gave a smile.
