Astrology can offer us many unique insights into the depths of our psyches. Here’s a brief overview of the planets in my life right now:
Sun: Neptune’s been opposing it for way too long at the same time that my progressed Sun is conjuncting my Neptune. Essentially, I don’t know what the hell is happening half the time. The other half of the time, I’m taking notes so I don’t forget. I did edit my book while Saturn conjuncted my Sun. And then, strangely enough…What was I saying?
Moon: Pluto is squaring my Moon really closely. When Pluto was exactly conjunct my highly sensitive Virgo Moon back in 1971, I entered an ashram. The first time I saw that alignment, not long after I got into astrology, my jaw dropped. Now, I’m basically looking for a good salad and a CD I can enjoy while researching online to see if my teachers pension will cover me if I sell the house and move with my wife to Arizona or Costa Rica sometime real soon. All this while checking out my AstroCartoGraphy lines in the South Pacific. Come to think of it, that might have more to do with Neptune opposing my Sun…never mind.
Venus: My progressed chart-ruling Venus was hitting my Saturn there for awhile. I continue to make good progress in therapy.
Mars: Progressed Sun is hitting my 6th house Mars. And my Neptune. I have given up trying to figure it out. It was far too exhausting.
Jupiter: Pluto was hitting my 8th house Jupiter not too long ago. That was very cool. Wish it could have lasted longer. I might have won the lottery or something. The highpoint of the conjunction was when I sold a family heirloom to pay for my daughter’s college. I’ve got a Jupiter return happening (see Uranus).
